Returns Policy

At Great Day Technology, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Purrfy, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for return

If you are returning your Purrfy, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers inspection and repackaging costs.

Non-returnable items

There are some items that you cannot return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Initiate a return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@purrfy.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping package.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the product damaged or defective.

Refund processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. This will be done within 7–10 business days.
